If I have a cool skin tone, will a cool shade of blonde look okay on me?

I have pale skin, and blue eyes.. My hair is already blonde but I've been wanting to go to more of a brighter, and a lot lighter blonde... Will that look okay on my pale skin or just wash me out even more?

I think it can go either way! But in my opinion it enhances your skin complexion and makes it look very angelic! I think you could pull it off.

Based off your pictures I think itll look nice :) like a whitish, pale blond. your skin has a bit of a yellow tone (from what I can see) to it so I think it will contrast nicely.

I would maybe do heavy foils, so you have that brightness, but also a lot of dimension. Especially if you tone it.
