Help with valentines day outfit!

I am really struggling with what to wear on valentines day! I've just got a cute date with my man, but I live in canada so it's cold. And I don't mean "wear some leggings under your dress cold" I mean -40 degrees cold!! Any suggestions??

I live in Minnesota so I understand the cold. you need to invest in under armors winter running pants they look almost like leggings but super warm (I wear them under all my pants in the winter) maybe some dark jeans with a cute dressy shirt and some heels. its hard because I'm not sure how dressy you want it to be or what style you like.

I would just go with red or pink skinny jeans with black or brown boots and a cute dressy top. Here's some ideas you could just throw boots on with.
