She looks atleast 12 or 13, but age has nothing to do with her lip color. I think that color is a little too dark for your skin tone since you appear quite pale (I love your complexion). I would suggest a color in between a peach and grapefruit color or a brighter red if you really want drama

I like the lip colour, but I would add some minimal eye make-up (mascara) to complete the look :)
