My sister has very dry skin, foundation is splotchy on her, what's the best primer/moisturizer and foundation for her skin? I've been trying to get her into makeup:) she loves when I do hers I want her to learn for her self as well :)

My skin isn't dry or oily but it is sensitive I have to use oil free foundation and I have moisturize or the same thing happens to me. First I wash my face with a wet cloth pat dry. Then I put a little lotion on my face and let it sit for a few minutes and then put maybelline super stay foundation then their mineral powder

I use aveeno it works so good. I get patchy on my cheeks sometimes from acne.
