You use it to seal in moisture, anywhere after moisturizing!!

Anywhere, sorry early send! You can use it on your hair, skin or face (small amount)! It will help the moisture last longer!

And can I leave it on as long as I wish?

Yes it makes your hair soft but it could make it feel greasy so just warm up a little and leave in your hair for 15 mins then wash it off.

Try to keep it on your ends, that's where your hair needs the most love. Too much on the roots can cause your hair to become too oily. I like to use coconut oil, super skinny, and a deep conditioner on my clients. I focus the cocktail from the mid-shaft to the ends, and slap on a plastic cap and leave it on for 20-30 minutes.

Yes I totally would go get a jar! it really does help. it makes my hair so soft and it helps with damaged hair. you can heat it up, but I've seen better results by doing this mixture. 1 part coconut oil one part regular or deep conditioner. I just apply that to my hair, ears down (don't apply it to your scalp) put my hair up in a bun and keep it on as long as I can then hop in the shower!

I use it for an hour and my hair is so greasy looking it kinda looks wet but then I shower like normal and my hair becomes softer also slight burns in hair repair so you should totally invest in it!

Just be sure to buy the organic, unrefined, cold-pressed coconut oil. Don't just grab a jar from Walmart, because it really won't do much at all.
A good brand to get would be Nutiva or Trader Joe's.
