I liked the neutrogena grapefruit One! and I really recommend toy do NOT get the st Ives scrub. I used to have it, not knowing it damages your skin! my friend also used it and her dermatologist said it's terrible, and can cut up your face and cause pre mature wrinkles! so totally go for a mild acne cleanser :)

Ok wait sorry it prob won't cause wrinkles I don't know why I said that😂 but it is really harsh on your skin and can irritate your acne! you want to stick to a cleanser rather than a scrub, because most of the time a scrub is only going to bother acne and make them worse. also, for a home remedy try tea tree oil as a spot treatment on pimples. it will literally dry them out overnight! good luck.

Stay away from soap or foaming cleansers as they are too alkaline for the skin. Your skins pH is about 4 or 5 and most foaming cleansers have a pH over 8. They down the acid mantle which is like a barrier between your face and the world and creates a breeding ground for bacteria which can make the acne worse.

I use proactiv's product since summer 2013 and it helped me a lot with my bad (really bad) acne. I still have one or two pimples sometimes, but it is really far from what I had before! it's a little bit expensive, but so worth it and it can lasts you for months. if you find it too expensive, I recommend you spectro gel. it's fine too! Good luck xx
