I haven't ever worn a whole lot of makeup, and was hoping to give it a try. My eye color changes everyday, but it's usually green with a blue line around the outside. And my skin is fair and light. Any ideas?

I would start with a bb cream/tinted moisturizer, light shadow and eyeliner for the eyes and a lip stain on the lips.

I agree with the keeping it simple thing (:
I'd go with a BB cream or a drug store foundation to begin. powder to set your BB cream/foundation, mascara, eyeliner, & a lipstain or gloss. you could also buy one of those 3 shadow palettes that every drug store brand sells to get the hang of eyeshadow & where to place what.

I would skip th bb cream at the start. Stay within a comfort zone for you. When I started it was some brown mascara some light eyeshadow and a lip. As I started getting better I got into blush and bronzer. Then I went for concealers foundation. and bb creams. :)

Smudged pencil eyeliner+mascara, blush and lipgloss would look amazing on you.
