^ agreed. YouTube for reviews, & the instructions inside the box should tell you how long you should leave it in for.

I have always had good results doing things like this to my own hair. I have used this before- but for more of just a frontal highlight, rather than the ombré.

And of course I'm a guy and I don't have as long of hair as your lovely selves

I tried to ombre my extensions so I wouldn't have to dye my real hair, but the results were pretty terrible and the hair felt rough after. I ended up just getting my hair done professionally.

I did this, left it in for about 30 minutes and I love it so much :)

I used this product but I was too afraid of trying it at home so I went to my hairdresser. I loved it for a while but then I got tired of the color and it left my hair feeling dry since it is partly bleached.

This is to all intents and purposes a fancy packet of bleach, not that that's a bad thing, but it means bleaching rules apply.
First off its going to be permanent as you are completely removing the colour of your hair.
Secondly damage is inevitable because it's bleach.
Thirdly hair may go orange (this is the reason for most of the bad reviews of this product) and this is not the fault of the product. The red/orange tones in hair are the mpst stubborn and so may not be removed completely after bleaching once. If your hair does turn orange you may need one or two more bleaching sessions and will definitely need to use a toner and probably a purple shampoo as well.
