I just bought a halter fitted lbd with a tulle skirt but it's too big (in the smallest size) and hangs off my waist. Ideas anyone?

Belt it and put a jean jacket over it. You could also get it altered that's an option too.

You can go to a tailor and see if they can take in the sides.
