Since you're only thirteen you don't want to overdo it! I would start off using bb cream, concealer if you have any acne or blemishes, and a nice powder to set it all. then like mascara and a lip product of your choice. I mean if you like you can wear foundation, but that ruins your skin! for bb cream I recommend maybellines dream fresh, and for a powder rimmel's stay matte powder is amazing!

I'm thirteen to and I have Hooded eyes and have pale skin but I have brown hair with natural redish highlights and I would say maybe concealer if you have dark circles or anything some black mascara with some tinted lip balm or gloss and if you want to ad a light cream colored eye shadow in the corner of your eye to make them pop that also looks good

You can also wear a thin eyeliner at the base of your eyelashes to make them look fuller but depending how hooded your eyes are you can make it thinner or thicker
Also if you want to look more awake if your really tired then you can ad a nude colored eyeliner in your lower water line I suggest rimmels scandal eyes in the color nude

Since you have red hair use dark brow liner and mascara (maybe black for mascara) because black is too harsh for your complexion. I would jus curl your lashes wear some liner and mascara to make your eyes pop. Concealer only if you need it and powder (I prefer loose powders better) some lip gloss and maybe some brown/neutral eyeshadows. Also please, please don't ever wear makeup to bed! I wish someone would have told my 13 year old self that. I can't tell you how many times I got eye infections and pimples from not washing my makeup off. I recommend Neutrogena Wipes (I use the blue package) to remove the makeup and then wash your face with CeraVe or Cetaphil Face Wash (you can use whatever, but this is what I use). As for makeup brands I like
Eyeliner- L'Oreal Infalliable
Concealer- Hard Candy Glamoflauge
Powder- I like L'Oreal's loose mineral powder (its usually on the bottom of the shelves) and apply with a kabuki brush (I like elf or eco tools)
Mascara- L'Oreal Waterproof Butterfly (waterproof helps hold curl better)
Lash Curler- Trim (mine is white and blue, got at cvs)
Eyeshadow- Wet N' Wild is really good and cheap! Except use a primer before applying or it won't last. I like Milani's eyeshadow primer
*very important, when curling lashes do it before applying mascara, otherwise it will rip your lashes off.
Also a good cheap makeup is Elf products:)

I'm thirteen too! (Whoa...) and I just do the simple eyeliner and mascara. My skin is really oily but I deal with it -_-

I think smudged pencil eyeliner would look a charm on you. Then just add mascara, lipgloss and blush.
