Maybe you can start simple! I love the way you separated the colors into different groups! Get comfortable using those together then mix and match them! For example you can use that light blue as a base and then do polka dots with the two colors next to it...or you can use tape to make designs! You have to wait awhile for the nail polish to dry because the tape will ruin it if it isn't completely dry!

And use the clear nail polishes as a top coat when you're nails are comoletely dry and finished:)

Since you have so many pinks and reds, you could do a gradient with little white hearts for valentines day <3.
