Freeman's Beauty has good face masks and they're really cheap! They have an avacado one too! You can find them at walmart, cvs, ulta and most any other drugstore for like $4

Origins Clear Improvements is my favorite. The only mask I know of that has avocado in it is one from Freeman and I actually didn't love it. If you were to get one from them I'd suggest the sea mineral ones. For a good avocado mask I'd have to agree with Symone and say to DIY it. Avocado is so soft and creamy it alone should make a really nice mask. But it's mostly going to hydrate, so if you need to clear pores I'd go with the one from origins or the Freeman sea mineral mask.
