So I'm wanting to dye the underneath of my hair a bright colour. I had the underneath red a few years ago and it looked nice and all, but I'd like to try out a bright colour. Any you would suggest please? Also, I'd prefer not to use bleach on my hair, so ones that'll take without the bleach please :D (I've included a pic of my hair to give you a basis to start on) thank you! :)

Manic Panic do some good really bright semi permanent dyes from what I've heard. The dye also seems to take quite well to unbleached hair. I think you would suit a plum colour or maybe indigo blue.

The Splat line has over 6 very BRIGHT colours to choose from. Yes, the kit comes with bleach but I use the colorants alone and they come out just as vivid :) I'd recommend the luscious raspberries or the pink fetish colors myself especially with the tones of your hair. ~hope this helps
