Everytime I go to Ulta and buy something that has a free gift with purchase, I get no free gift! I know its while supplies last, but I never get anything! maybe its bad luck. I don't know. Does anyone else have this problem?

I never get jack either. They prob give out like three. They are supposed to get some revamped rewards system at the end if the mo. We will see.

So I always make a list before I go and specifically ask for the free gift I'm supposed to get, if they are out I ask for something else and they always give me a hand full of deluxe samples.

Wanna hear something craptastic via ulta. A bunch of people got post cards to take certain amount off for a naked palette so I was going to give away one. WELL, they told me only certain VIPs get the postcard and usually it's the VIPs who spend a lot or come often. Which I shop at ulta every Thursday and I bought naked 3, two bare mineral kits, and other stuff. That literally was stupid...LONG STORY.

Kelly, I usually know what comes with a free gift, but never remember untill I get home and open my bag. it must be all the joy and excitement of buying new makeup that makes me forget everything else ;-) and Meagan, I got the level 7 last quarter and never even know they had those coupons! I've definitely been behind someone in line who was more known there who got tons of free samples. I never have this problem at sephora :-(

Grace, me either. I Just ordered some philosophy stuff that said free gift with purchase and never got anything. and it was at the beginning of the promotion.

I always got mine. You have to make a point to tell them. That's what I do, because 9 times out of 10 the cashier won't even remember what freebies are going at the time...

I used to work at Ulta and maybe my store was just really good lol but we reminded our customers they got a free gift and if we did run out we switched it to something else lol :)

Out of the three ULTA's in my city only one is good about giving out the required freebies and if they run out they always hook us up with deluxe samples. The other two stores are starting to resemble Walmart so I don't even bother with them anymore (even though one is close to where I work at).

I don't know about that but what's up with their "points" system. It says I have 18. Yeaaaah, okaaaay. Where do they get that number from? Honestly, that's why I hate buying things there. It sounds dumb but it really bugs me that their reward system doesn't work! I have them look up my reward card every time or use a coupon which brings it up, and they verify this, so how do I have 18 points?
