With or without a curling iron? I'm sorry there's a typo in the question =/

with a curling iron, do barrel curls with a curling iron pointed away from your face. run your fingers through them to give them texture and spray with a texturizing spray or sea salt spray if desired.
without a curling iron, google or pinterest "heatless headband curls" because itshould give you very similar loose curls/waves. then you can further tezturize with a sea salt or texturizing spray if you wish =)
