Hair questions please help?!?!

Hi girls ! So I'm going to start from the beginning....I died my hair bright fire engine red around April of this year stayed that color for about 5 month dyeing it constantly to maintain the color then in September I dyed my hair jet black. the color only lasted for about 2 weeks until it started to fade to purple which I didn't mind because it looked nice but now my hair has faded so much that it looks like I have 3 different colors of brown and purple and I want to dye it again but I'm afraid it will fade rapidly. So my main question is how can I repair/prep my hair to dye it (which btw I plan to dye it until January) and on a side note I've been using repairing shampoos and conditioners and mask and moroccan oils these passed months . And I was thinking of dyeing all my hair purple and doing ombre or jet black with streaks of different colors...which would you guys suggest? Ohh an also how to make my hair grow faster which it is growing but i would like to see better results. And sorry for the long paragraph I just wanted to explain myself :) So please help!?!?
