Do you want to cancel redness or just simply cover up something.
I've heard good things about hard candy clamoflauge and mac prolong wear concealer.
to cancel redness try a green concealer, sadly I don't know of a good green one to recommend.

Well okay then you need to find a shade that matches your skin the best. Not too light or dark because it'll only accentuate the blemishes.
I like:
Mac studio finish concealer
Kat Von D concealer
Make Up For Ever full cover concealer
Hard candy has a good full coverage one.

Definitely try the Sonia Kashuk Hidden Agenda concealer palette. It has 4 components- 1 light cream concealer & 1 darker one, a greenish-toned cream concealer and a setting powder. It's perfect to mix around to get your perfect shade. The green cancels any redness! So perfect. $13 at Target.

Hard Candy Glamoflauge is also great coverage-wise, but there's only a few colour shades. I would buy 2 and mix to match your skin perfectly, which you can do by yourself in natural light. $6/tube at Walmart.

I think it's better to be able to mix cheap-priced, high-quality concealers to match individual skin tone. It works better and saves $ from buying tube after tube of the wrong colour. I hope this helped!!
