As a plus size women and it's cold, I love to look cute and comfortable. A nice sweater (off shoulder is cute) a nice pair of jeans (medium to dark) a tall fall boot (heel or no heel). Accessories, I would go with nice pair hoop earrings and a bracelet. Hair, I love a bun. Makeup, I say do a nice eyeliner and a nude lip with glowing skin. I wouldn't put a bold lip color on simply because you're going to lunch. I hope this helps.
