No it doesn't matter :) for some reason I like my toes either red or white or like beigy whites lol and my fingernails I usually love navy, red, but mostly pink lol honestly go with what suits your skin tone :)

I don't think it matters at all, but if it matters to you then you could paint both a pink-based red to compromise :)
