I have very oily skin and I moisturize twice a day, everyday because I use a high percentage of benzoyl peroxide. I just got the hard candy primer and I'm wondering if it will make me break out or if it will even work?

I recently purchased the hard candy primer and so far I like it. I have combination oily skin and I actually feel that it keeps my makeup looking matte and lasts all day. I say definitely give it a try :)

I agree with jasmine, i always use the primer in the white container tho, i think its the original one?

I have the white one. I was curious as to the texture so I put it on the back of my hand. It felt very greasy. Is that normal?

That was my first reaction to it as well. It feels greasy but once you apply it smooths out. Make sure you let it dry before putting on foundation & you should be good (:

Yea! Thats how mine was too! But u get used to it, an they your face becomes a good canvas for makeup 😊

Always take a look at the ingredients! If you're not sure of a product always look if it says non acnegenic. I have oily skin and break out if I don't use oil free products. Apply a small amount under your chin and see how your skin feels and looks throughout the day

I have sensitive skin and it broke me out. I use anti shafting powder cream as a replacement and my foundation last even longer. And if I'm going out at night I powder my face with elf translucent powder and I'll stay matte all night even till the next day if I fall asleep with my makeup

Actually now that i've been using it for about two weeks im breaking out on my chin not sure if its from the primer. Just be observant of how your skin reacts
