Wow I have to say Jasmine that at first glance it seems to look like you have product on at the bottom line it almost looks like a pencil line to form the brow so does above the brow front of it curved then it looks finished off with mascara to give a darker effect to the brow.I must say if you did not fill them in any way you sure have fooled me and quite frankly I've never seen such pigmented brows like that in the 20 years of doing make up.I've worked on full brows but not like yours.
