So my brows are in terrible condition... Ones different and over plucked and I can't powder in because they don't take the powder and pencil isn't working :(

You can get permanent eyebrows in your skin or eyebrows whatever you prefer.

I second the dipbrow pomade. I have very scarse brows and it sticks to skin very well. and its only 18 and lasts forever because you need very little to do the job. :)

For something cheaper than this dipbrow thing I would say the elf brow kit is good and only three dollars at target. I fill my brows in with it everyday & get tons of compliments.

You can use an eyebrow pencil or a pomade like the ones by Anastasia Beverly Hills to define and even create a thicker-looking brow. Choosing a shade that is the same or very close to your brow color is essential to making it look natural and not painted on/fake. Make sure not to use a color that is darker than you natural color, it is recommended by some that you go a shade lighter. Create the shape on the bottom of your eyebrow by drawing a soft line in the shape that you need. Then with a slightly lighter shade, you can fill in your brows by using a hair stroke. This is not a line drawn across your brow but rather a short stroke up as your hair would grow. However you do not have to do this, you can use the same color and just use a spooly/mascara wand stroking the product upward into your brows. Just remember that an easy hand creates a more natural look rather than a hard dark line. I recommend using blendable pencil liners, brow pencils, and pomades. But make sure they have staying power and don't smear off easily. Here is a pictorial. I hope this helped...

I don't recommend the elf duo if they're very sparse. I tried it and it fill them in where there was less hair, but not where there was no hair

I agree with Brittany H: on the elf duo. It made mine look really powdery because I seriously had no right eyebrow, Dipbrow looks so much more natural than anything else I've tried.
