I am sorry to disappoint you, but mineral oil is not a good product to be used on the skin, I have sensitive skin and it gave me a rash, but even if you don't, its a product that won't do much to moisturize your skin or help its appearance improve in any way, it does remove makeup, but I would suggest you use a natural oil like olive or coconut, to remove make up instead, atleast they're not hazardous whereas mineral oil is, especially if ingested.

Don't use mineral oil on your skin or eyes. It's not for that. Olive oil or almond oil works great to remove makeup and they are good for your skin.
