Nail Marbling!!

I have tried this multiple times, it just never seems to work for me! I don't know why!
I think it is the nail polish I am using...I am using Sally Hansen...but it always fails to make the bullseye that is needed to do this nail art. What are the best nail polishes to use for nail marbling!?!?
