Marble Nails?

I have tried this multiple times and it never seems to work. The bullseye never spreads out properly. It does when I use the Sally Hansen nail polishes, but they are not good for making the swirls and lines through the bullseye. Any good nail polishes specifically good for this fun nail art look?
