Every time I go in and get my eyebrows done I come out with red puffy eyebrows :( and it stays that way for a good 24 hours. How can I reduce the redness or even not get red after?

You can apply ice pack over it. Sounds like your skin is sensitive, the redness & swelling is normal, but should only last 15-30 minutes, not 24 hours, thats severe.

Threading is defiantly they best! When you are done getting them threaded, I suggest putting Aloe Vera, or a soothing lotion on afterwards. If they are still bothering you, put some ice on them.
