Hairfinity vitamins are really good. Biotin, B Vitamins, Horsetail (silica), MSM, a lot of water, satin or silk scarf or pillowcase. Castor oil is good for regrowing hair like if you have thin edges. Coconut oil is good for saturating your hair, and make sure you trim your ends as often as needed. Less heat styling is good too, but if you do use heat make sure to use a heat protectant.
