I always pull my eyelid up so I can get as close to my lash line as I can. If you don't it might look werd.

It's really not good to pull tightly on your lid. Can cause pre mature wrinkles and is not highly recommended. Hopefully the pictorial by Paulina is helpful.

It basically just takes practice Hun - it might not be perfect all the time but if you look up like the perfect winged liner on goss makeup's YouTube channel he has some great tips.

I generally start with the wing first by drawing a triangle and then fill it. This way you can control how big or small you make the wing.

You can start by doing small lines insteead of trying to do a long straight line across that should help a little..practice makes perfect!!

Wayne Gos has a very effective tip for the type of liner you are wanting. Simply take an eyelash Cutler and with your fave black or brown eyeliner, draw a line across the bottom of the top section of it. place it next to the skin at the base of tour lashes when curling them, pump a few times and voila! Curled lashes and liner... Hope this helped...

Pulling the corner of your eye works for some but it ends up wonky. Like shorter and thicker. I would really try and keep one or both eyes open and tilt your head up a little. I work from the corners and make the line very thin but add more just to get a more almond sort of shape and then look at your lower water line and sort of use that as a guide. Draw a line that basically expands from the lower waterline. Then connect that thin line and connect is to the line just drawn on the outer lash line. Then go and like the inner lash line
