Same here faith...it seems like everyone is jumping on a bandwagon...but what happens when pixie cuts die out and they're left with no hair? lol.

I did the big chop 2 years ago. Had a hard time getting use to it as I was a college student. There are days I miss it since I'm growing my hair out now. As a teacher I think I would love having it back... After the wedding I think I'll do it again.

The pixie will never go out of style... look how far it goes back & the fact that people are still doing it. Especially young people (I got my first pixie cut when I was 16) I think that says a lot about how classic a pixie cut is. While I cut mine for charity purposes, it felt good to cut off all of my hair. Easier to style, framed my face well & made me look significantly older. The growing process is a pain in the ass, but I think short is just as versatile as long hair, just a bit harder to maintain.

I really love it but, not everyone can pull it off.

I love it! I had a pixie for like the past 3 years on and off. I'm currently growing it out after cutting it last summer. It's an amazing look, depending on the person. Takes a certain type of woman to pull of this bold look ❤️

I wish I could rock cool short hair looks but I don't think it would suit me - so I personally wouldn't do it but I love the look on other girls who rock it.

I currently have a "growing out" pixie cut (mine is basically a short bob now) and I loved my pixie while I had it but that was definitely just a once in a lifetime thing.. I can't wait to have my long hair back!!

I've had short hair for more then 15 years, before going in the service I never had a haircut, my hair was down below my knees, I'm growing it out a little now, I love both, I don't care if it is a trend, if you look good with short hair fine, if not fine, but it's so freeing to shower, throw a little wax in, mess it up, and go, it's effortless chic.

Interesting points! thanks ladies! you've opened my eyes as to why many people like it :) I like the way it looks on most...I think I'm just bothered by the fact that many female celebrities are all starting to get the same exact hair cut haha.

I love short hair on all girls even people who say they can't pull it off I find that girls look better in short hair and guys in long at least in my eyes.

I have a pixie cut...thought it doesn't have a definite style or anything. I pretty much let my hairdresser do what she likes...I style it differently most days. Am currently looking into getting a wig though just for a change up every now and again. Haven't the foggiest where to get one though. I do love having short hair :)

I love short hair. Really showcases your face... Don't hide behind the hair

I'm currently growing my pixi out and I loved it while a had it, which was about 2 years. I think I grew out of it rather fast, I loved it while I had it but after a while I just wanted crazy long hair.
