I've been obsessed with shimmers lately. I love the glow! My favorite right now is MAC's luster drops. What are yours?
Also, do you put your setting powder on before or after adding your shimmer?

Shimmer in any form? I like Stila all over liquid skin enhancing illuminizing shimmer it gives a great radiant glow plus when mixed with foundation it gives off a more Brighten Radiance.This product help diminish skin imperfections and minimize the appearance of fine lines and sun spots. It's why I was sold and when I used it I was Hooked. :)

I've just bought mac mineralize in soft and gentle and was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to apply or what brush to use?

I'm using the Real Techniques Setting Brush to apply Soft and Gentle but a fan brush would also work! And I spray my brush with Fix+ or water first so the MSF goes on more pigmented but most people probably want a more natural highlight lol.

Does anyone like Nars Albatross? I bought it but haven't used it at all yet. I mostly just contour, don't usually highlight too much...but I'm wondering if it was a good choice now...

NARS albatross...that's my oldie but goodie. That was the first highlighter I ever purchased. It was my gateway into highlighters. For that one the brush can either make it or break it. After trial and error I discovered my Bobbi Brown Sheer Powder brush gives the best application. I just dab it on the pan once and apply...what a difference a brush makes. Now that I think about it Meagan I might need to say hello to albatross again (been stuck on stupid with Hourglass Ambient Powder in luminous light and my shimmer bricks).

Alison R. I use a small dome brush for the face to apply my highlighter, but I kind of go crazy with highlighter- so I then take a powder or kabuki brush and kind of blend in with my blush for glowing cheeks. I'd love to try a fan brush though!!
