Do not use the john frida! It contains peroxide it will damage your hair and dry it out

You can't really, unless you have intense sun but that is just as damaging to your hair than bleaching it... Also it would just highlight bits not give you ombré

So lemons help but anytime you put lemon in your hair always condition a lot right after it will help cancel out the dryness honey can also work

Doesn't matter what you're doing. Its going to damage your hair. My hairs goes lighter at the bottom in summer so I have a natural red ombré :)
