you cud add lemon juice to your hair and stand out under the sun . the sun will naturally lighten your hair colour . but make sure your wearing enough sunscreen . but this aint a fast process it will definitely take sometime . otherwise you wud hve to choose the alternative way i.e u cud dye/colour it or something .
