I think she is crazy. It's not just about the barbie makeup, she have already done lots of things to change her body and face to look like barbie.. And to be honest, I don't think she looks like barbie, to me she is ugly..

She is stunning if I had the money I would definitely want to look like a latina barbie 😉 lol the only thing I don't like is that she over did the boobs but other then that she is gorgeous

It's just her art form. You can tell in her old photos that she's always been skinny, obviously breast augmentation that drastic is going to emphasize how skinny she is. If I were to get a boob job that big I am like 10000000000% positive that I will never hear the end of the 'too skinny' comments. And I already get them everyday without anything to emphasize it, lol.
Her photo are retouched and have been called out on them. In some you can see the warping of her waist. What her diet is... I have no idea. Lots of it has been more 'talk' than it has been confirmation. But, I am sure that it isn't an easy diet.
