No, I would go with a lighter brown instead. You're extremely pale so if you went blonde it'd wash you out like crazy, just go light brown with highlights maybe if you want blonde?

I think you could pull it off but not a full blonde. I am also very pale and I got a lot of blonde highlights, here's a picture of me before highlights.
