I did not create this but I found it online. Apparently if you hold any kohl eyeliner under a flame from a lighter, candle, etc. for 1 second and then let it cool down for 15 seconds it creates a very intense gel like eyeliner!

My mom taught me this. Girls in Mexico used to do it to make cheap eye liner pencils work as good as expensive ones. It a seals them so they don't run as much. :)

Or you could hold it under a hair dryer on high for the same effect as the flame.
