We all shed hair, but if its excessive I'd see a doctor. I once noticed a bald patch on my head!! Went to the doctor and they said it was alopecia (not sure of the spelling). They prescribed me some stuff to put on it and it grew back! Not saying that you have alopecia, but seeing a doctor would be a good idea =D

^^ i agree with Yesenia, it might just be health related, hopefully it's not but go in & get a complete Physical Exam with complete blood work just to be sure, if anything; hair fall out is normal but if yours is excessive, thinning & balding, then something maybe wrong.

i was on my phone, sorry, i wanted to expand on my biotin recommendation. i take spring valley vitamins biotin, you can get it at walmart. there are specific "hair skin nail" vitamins that are basically the same thing but cost more, it's really not necessary to get those. the biotin i get is like $6. when i started using it i noticed a BIG difference in how much hair was coming out in the shower. i have a lot of hair, lol, so a lot falls out anyway, but this did make a difference, so now it appears thicker as well.
