It's incredibly hard to tell from pictures, usually. What color do you see your veins? Are they blue or green? Blue means you're cool toned, green means warm toned, and if you see both, you're neutral.

Another good way to tell is which color jewelry looks best on you, gold or silver? Silver means you're cool toned, and gold means you're warm toned. If you can wear both, you're neutral.

Now, from this picture, your veins look blue, but don't take my word for it. Like I said, it's hard to tell from pictures. Go stand in natural light and check.
