Okay so I'm huge on soft skin and lips and I take really great care of both. For my lips, I don't use lip gloss in the winter because it dries it out. A lot of lip balms don't last long or just sit on top of my lips. But this Cocoa Butter Lip Balm is everything! It's so smooth when you glide it on and it really moisturizes your lips so you don't have to constantly apply it. Love it.

Cassandra my boyfriend bought this so I'm guessing any local store BUT you can get a Palmer's version anywhere and it's way bigger.
