You should get a lingerie bag. They are like 3 bucks at target. Keeps them from getting ruined and then air dry them flat on a counter so they don't get deformed. (Old Victoria's Secret tricks from when I worked there)

Wow sarah thats a great trick! so do you put the lingerie in the bag then put the whole bag in the washer w all the other clothes?

Yes ma'am! Keeps them from getting tangled and what not. In fact I didn't use my bag today and the strap got wrapped around something so tight it snapped :/ lesson learned: use a lingerie bag haha.

I use one of those bags, my bras would always get tangled and tied in the washer. I bought a pack of 3 from the dollar store.
I've never bought expensive bras, yet they never fall apart, I must be lucky lol

To take the best care of your bras you should hand wash them only. they tell you to do this in the care instructions for a reason. washers are very hard on them so you'll experience deformation and wire poking within months. if you must wash them in the machine use the hand wash cycle if yours has it or delicate cycle with inside a lingerie bag. that should be the only thing in the washer. never fold your bras or hang them by one strap as well. this also aids in misshapening the bra. store them in a drawer or on a hanger by both straps to keep the shape. also remember that bras are made on purpose to last only 180 days.

I always hand wash mine and if they have padding I always remove it and wash it separately so it doesn't ruin the bra.

I hand wash mine too. Then I shape it and lay it out to dry. I've had one too many messed up in the washing machine. But the lingerie bag could work, I've never tried one :)
