I am 25 now but when I was 12 I used to lose my earrings a lot too lol. My mum got me fitted with almost non detachable earrings at the doctor where she got me pierced, they don't come out for atleast 6 months.

They sell the twist back earrings at Claire's and Icing here:) I refused to pierce my daughters ears because when I was little apparently I was the same way lol except, the stud got stuck inside my ear lobe..yeah no idea how that happened.

My mom got butterfly backs on mine. You have to use your nails and pinch the back together to release the post of the stud, I'd also suggest teeny tinny sleepers.
