Best Dry Under Eye Concealer?

Need help finding a concealer that has high coverage for my horrible dark circles and moisturizing for my horrible dry patches on my eyelid and under my eye. Also, what should I do about the dark circles that appear on my lid and go all the way up to my brow?how should I conceal them?

Benefit fake up is amazing for dry undereye area. It has a ring of moisturizer around the actual concealer and is very hydrating and also anti creasing :) not the highest amount of coverage but it is buildable I love it!

I just wanted to say that the hard candy glamoflauge is very thick and more intended to cover acne and such, not really the best choice for under eye circles in my opinion, I would recommend Nars radiant creamy concealer to give your eyes that extra wake me up and for something that conceals dark circles like a pro
