Wearing a primer underneath, and setting it with a powder should help with longevity. You could also try a setting spray.

You can use a setting powder to set everything
I use the NARS setting powder and I love it my foundation stays on nicely and I don't get shiny/oily

You can do multiple things such as:
-Primer
-Long lasting foundation
-Setting powder
-Setting spray

To make my foundation last longer I use:
- a primer (Hourglass Veil primer)
-setting powder (Tarte amazonian clay)
- setting spray (UD All Nighter)
you can spray your face with a settings spray before applying your foundation. you can also spritz a brush full of setting powder before applying to your face to help it last extra long :p
