Hi I am having problems finding the perfect red lips and the one I have smears really bad and came off easy, any ideas, need them for concert attire

Nyx matte lipstick in pure red or Alabama! Use a red lip liner underneath so it'll last longer.

A good lip primer and a good lipliner are the keys in my opinion! Also, after you prime your lips (let dry for a few minutes), line your lips, apply a layer of lipstick then blot (that will help the staying power), then apply another thin layer of lipstick
