I've been thinking about getting a nose piercing with a hoop, but I`m not sure cause I have allergies year round and get colds during the winter and such. I was wondering if you think I`d be okay or just not get it? Also, any tips and stories on your experience with it is always appreciated!

The piercer won't pierce it with a hoop, you would have to get stud, at least that's what my piercer told me. My experience was so quick and didn't hurt at all, your eyes water a little but it's normal. Cleaning it is super easy. You aren't allowed to wear make up around your piercing for a month I think it is. It doesn't hurt to change it after the first couple times. But the piercer will recommend you going in and getting it changed out by them. (:

Having allergies shouldn't be an issue, since basically everyone gets seasonal allergies.
just mention it to the person who's piercing your nose & make sure you remember to not rub your nose on anything xD lolol. also be sure that they are using stainless steel & properly sterilize their needles.

I strongly advise getting it atleast when you won't have a cold.
They will most likely give you a stud for starters but then you'll be able to buy a hoop after a while.
The procedure doesn't hurt much to badly, feels like a quick pinch, the worst is when they're putting the jewellry in
