My hair is blonde and about to the middle of my back, so it's quite long and pretty damaged. I love the length and the color but I'm thinking of maybe a slight pink tint? I also want something that's going to compliment my face. Any ideas?

You could maybe try a semi permanent pink. I heard it might stick to blonde though, so if you want your natural color back you might have to dye it a little after the pink fades.

Do you think light pink highlights would look okay?

Don't get bangs of you want a hair style that you can quickly run out of the house with bangs always need styling you could get layers gives you hair some nice texture when you do style it give you more options that's why I love my layers and if it's kinda damaged I wouldn't recommend dyeing it pink all over if you don't like it it's going to be more damaging to get it out but you can always do a dip dye or ombré dye wear you add pink to the bottom ends of your hair that way of you don't like it you can remove it and even get a trim and your hair will b good as new or if your going some wear wear pink might not be professional looking you can easily hide the pink ends in an up do hope that helped you super beautiful byw.
