I use blogger as well, you can either have your blog be at .blogspot.com or create your own website via blogger. It's very easy to do and there are plenty of templates on the blogger site.

Here, they provides website builder as a freebie package for every hosting plans. This software contains more than 70 decent templates. By using it, you can design your blog and publish it in the internet. Creating a website process is similar to set up a new blog
