I'm 15, most people guess older, around 18, some even say 21!

^^ I agree, stick with subtle neutrals. Brown eyeliner would look great :)

I have the same issue as you with the foundation! Just waiting for summer to turn me brown again! Haha. I enjoy wearing navy eyeliner and pale shimmery nude shadows. Also I find peach lipstick looks good on me

The thing is I don't tan, at all. The only sun screen that works for me is this one that is 110spf. A bit overboard and most people say it works the same as spf 50 but trust me it doesn't.

But in my pic.you can see my arm is very fair and same with my face but its still darker, lightest shade they make... Oh well, I've learned to love it. And thank you everyone for the makeup tips, I will for sure be trying these.

I'm in the same boat as you. The last foundation I had I had to spend forever blending because it was too dark and the lightest shade, same with all my concealers. I've always been called albino because of it. Anyways I like to use navy blue eyeliner as a pop of color with light neutral eyeshadows and a very thin black eyeliner because thick looks way off on me. I also do a lot of light shimmery rose toned eyeshadows that fade into bronze on the outer corner. This may sound strange (I thought it was at first) but dark lipsticks look great with really fair skin! It does look a little harsh but I love the contrast and I've gotten quite a few compliments on the dark lipstick with my skin tone. Just play around and see what works best for you, by your picture you look warm toned (I'm guessing) where I'm cool toned so that could change everything. Hope this helped! :)

Pick the lightest bronzer shade you can find and put it on your temples and hallows pf cheek. Then add a nude lipstick, pop maybe some eyeshadow and 2-3 coats of mascara. Exagerate on the mascara.
