Little skin colored bumps, right? They go away with exfoliation, like gentle exfoliation every morning. I use the Neutrogena Rapid Clear Foaming Scrub, and it's been working pretty well for me :)

Lol! I have milia. All over my face since I was 10. 7 years later, I find out I have it and how to get rid of it. 1 word: EXFOLIATE. (And drink lots of water according to Kitty) That's how you get rid of it. It's dead skin cells that are clogged in your pores. I use Noxema Daily scrub in the morning and the clairsonic at night with noxema deep cleansing cream for one month. Exfoliatiors with AHA in it as well as retinol will help it out
