Ima beginner and need to kno what eye shadows are best for me such as costal scents , Mac , etc

How old are you? if you don't mind me asking. For beginners, i recommend drug store brands, such as Wet n' Wild, their eyeshadows & lipsticks are popular. If you can buy Mac, i would recommend you go in & try out all the products that interest you, there's too many to list on here. And for Coastal Scents, get the 88 Warm Palette, last but not least, try out Elf brushes before buying pricey ones. Elf makeup is a good brand to start off with as well :-)
