I think you need a different top that is either flowy or form fitting!! But don't get me wrong I like the top and the skirt!!

I think it looks good as it is, but you could improve it by taking another top. this one would look better with high waisted trousers :)

I think blue jeans with that top tucked in with a belt. For the skirt try a crop top and a leather jacket and doc martens:)
